Videos are delivered within 48 hours after the creator receives your product. Journey videos are delivered within 48 hours after the trial period (7, 15 or 30 days) ends.
Every package includes revisions: 1 per video on Starter, 2 on Growth and unlimited on Scale. Revisions cover edits such as cuts, text, music and pacing. If a video misses the brief, we arrange a reshoot.
After you confirm your order, we send shipping details. Ship to our US hub and we forward units to creators, or ship directly to each matched creator. Products are not returned; creators keep them.
