Instead of a single nutrient, this combines vitamin D3 (4,000 IU on the label) with K2, zinc, magnesium, vitamins A and E and a probiotic blend in vegetarian capsules. That's convenient if you'd otherwise buy them separately, but it also means you can't adjust one ingredient without the others. 4,000 IU is the upper daily limit most guidelines set for adults, so don't stack it with another vitamin D product, and check with your doctor if you take blood thinners (it contains vitamin K).
