Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of website design, development and related services from Webshop (“we,” “us”) through webshoptr.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide the website package and add-ons you select at checkout. The scope of each package is limited to the features listed on our pricing section at the time of purchase. Custom requirements are agreed before work begins, with all project costs capped at $700.

2. Orders and Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are due in full at checkout, or upon receipt of an invoice if you choose Pay by invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Package prices include all project costs, applicable taxes and fees; no additional charges are added at checkout. Work begins once payment is received.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide the content needed for your site (text, images, logos, product data and account access) and to respond to review requests in a timely manner. You confirm you have the rights to all content you provide. Every package is delivered within 1 week (7 calendar days) after payment is received and all required content and account access are provided. Delays in providing materials or responding to reviews pause the delivery period.

4. Revisions and Approval

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on our pricing section, to be used before final design approval. Additional revisions or changes after approval require an agreed scope within the all-inclusive project price.

5. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the custom design and content created specifically for you. Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock media and platforms remain subject to their own licenses. We may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Third-Party Services

Your site may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registrars, payment processors and email providers. The costs of the third-party services included in your package are covered by the project price. We aren't responsible for their outages or policy changes.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

We build every site with care and fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch at no cost. Otherwise, services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state to be added], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
