This policy explains how Webshop collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit webshoptr.com, request a quote or place an order.
Information We Collect
- Order and contact details: name, business name, email, phone, billing address and project notes you enter at checkout or in our quote form.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as your email and card brand, but never your full card number.
- Free site check: the website address you submit, which we use only to run the check.
- Usage data: privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) such as pages viewed and general device type. Your cart is stored only in your browser.
How We Use It
To process orders and payments, deliver and support your project, respond to inquiries, send invoices and receipts, keep our site secure, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.
How We Share It
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Vercel), and our email provider. They may use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep order and billing records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax and accounting requirements, generally up to seven years. Quote requests that don't become orders are deleted within two years.
Your Rights
Depending on your state (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Since we don't sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, email customservice@webshoptr.com. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
