Refund Policy

Every website is custom work, so refunds depend on how far the project has progressed. To cancel, email customservice@webshoptr.com with your order number.

Website Packages

• Before design work starts: full refund.
• After design work starts, before you approve the design: 50% refund.
• After design approval: no refund, since the work has been delivered for your review and accepted.

Add-Ons

• Extra pages, logo, additional languages and product uploads follow the same rules as packages.
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered. Hosting and the Care Plan can be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any domain fees.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
