- Brand order requests: brand name, email address, store or product link, product category, video preferences and any notes you include.
- Creator applications: name, email address, social media handle, US state, age range, categories of interest, on-camera preference and sample video link.
- Emails you send us: anything you choose to include when you contact us.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to order requests and prepare quotes.
- To review creator applications and match creators with brands.
- To deliver our services, handle payments and communicate with you about your order or membership.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the website and our business, for example:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers the contents of our website forms to our email inbox.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on this website. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.
- Our email provider, which stores the messages we send and receive.
When a brand places an order, we share the relevant creator's first name and delivered content with that brand, and the brand's product and brief with the matched creator.
4. Data retention
We keep order and application information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to know how it is used. To make a request, email customservice@webshoptr.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
6. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Creators must be at least 18 years old.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
