These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of webshoptr.com and the services offered by Webshop ("we", "us"). By submitting an order request, applying as a creator or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
Webshop connects brands with independent content creators who film user-generated content ("UGC") videos of the brand's products. Creators produce and deliver videos only; they do not publish the videos on their own social media accounts.
2. Orders, quotes and payment
- Prices shown on the website are starting prices in US dollars. The estimate shown in the order form is not binding; your final quote is confirmed by email.
- An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and payment is received.
- Monthly packages renew each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel before the next billing date and your plan will not renew.
3. Products and shipping
You are responsible for shipping products to the address we provide, and for ensuring that products are safe, legal and accurately described. Products sent to creators are not returned.
4. Delivery and revisions
- Standard videos are delivered within 48 hours after the creator receives the product. Journey videos (7, 15 or 30 days) are delivered within 48 hours after the trial period ends.
- Revisions are included according to your package. Revisions cover editing changes such as cuts, text, music and pacing. If a video does not follow the agreed brief, we will arrange a reshoot.
- Delivery times may be affected by shipping delays or circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed.
5. Usage rights
Once an order is paid in full, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the delivered videos for commercial purposes, including paid advertising, Amazon listings, websites, email and social media. You may not use the videos in a way that misrepresents the creator's experience or attributes statements to the creator that they did not make.
6. Content standards
- All videos reflect the creator's genuine experience with the product. We do not produce fake results or scripted claims the creator does not agree with.
- Supplement, health and wellness content does not include medical or disease claims.
- When you use videos in advertising, you are responsible for complying with applicable advertising rules, including disclosure requirements under the FTC Endorsement Guides and the policies of the platforms you advertise on.
7. "Featured on Webshop" add-on
Featured placements on our website and social channels are paid promotions and are clearly labeled as sponsored.
8. Creator membership
- Creators must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States.
- Membership is a paid monthly subscription. Billing starts only after an application is accepted, and members can cancel at any time before the next billing date.
- Membership does not guarantee a minimum number of offers or earnings. Payouts are made after the brand approves each video.
- Creators grant Webshop and its brand clients the usage rights described in Section 5 for every delivered video, and agree not to post client videos on their own accounts.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or advertising performance.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
