Best for: A just-in-case charging kit for a bag, car or carry-on
Our take
This is the kind of small accessory that earns its keep the first time someone asks whether you have a charger for their phone. Inside a round case about 3.2 inches across are a 12-inch USB-C to USB-C cable rated for 60W charging and three small adapters, which convert it for a USB-A port, an iPhone-style Lightning device or an older Micro USB device. One short cable therefore covers most phones, earbuds, e-readers and power banks. The case also has slots for two nano SIM cards and one micro SIM, a SIM tray eject pin, and a lid that props up as a basic phone stand, which is handy for travelers who swap SIM cards abroad. Know the limits. The full 60W applies to USB-C to USB-C; the listing gives a lower 2A output through the Lightning and Micro USB adapters, so those charge at ordinary speed, not fast. Data transfer is USB 2.0 at 480 Mbps, fine for photos but slow for large video files. The cable is short by design, the adapters are tiny and easy to lose if you do not put them back, and the brand is unknown, so treat it as a backup kit and keep your main charger. The pink version is linked here; white, blue and black are on the same listing.
